Returns

In accordance with articles L 121-21 to L 121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.

Please download the returns form by clicking here, complete it and slip it into your package.

You will complete it and print it to insert it in your package.
Please return your package by colissimo online to generate the shipping label.

Return costs are your responsibility. Packages must be returned via the Colissimo service and at the rates in effect at Colissimo. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept certain returns of products such as bodysuits, earrings or accessories.

Products must be returned in their original condition, with their label, packaging and gift. Please note that no returns are possible for ear jewelry due to hygiene concerns.

Any damaged, stained or incomplete product will be refused.
